Does the customer need a HeriBMS account to see a quotation?
No. They open the link you send, see the items, prices and the Valid until date, and accept or decline it.
Can a customer pay part of an invoice?
Yes. Each payment is recorded against the invoice and the balance updates straight away.
Can I see what I billed and collected this month?
Yes. Reports shows what you billed, what you collected and what is still owed for any dates you pick.
